Dawn Jones, OTR/L, is founder and owner of Stepping Stones Intervention Services, Inc. She has been an Occupational Therapist for 14 years serving adults and children in the Atlanta metropolitan area, Henry, Clayton, and Spalding counties. She is a native of Atlanta, wife, and mother of three beautiful children. Since graduating from Florida A&M University, She has worked in the following settings: Public Schools, Daycare Centers, Home Health Care Adults & Children, Babies Can’t Wait, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, Atlanta VA Medical Center, and more. She is CPR Certified, Sensory Integration Certified in S.I.P.T., Modalities Certified, SOS Feeding Certified and holds an Executive Certificate in Home modifications from the University of Southern California. She has also obtained several other post-graduate training certificates such as, Handwriting Without Tears, Improving Fitness & Function for Children with Special Needs, “Jump Start” Learning for Children with Sensory Dysfunction, The Shoulder Complex, Pharmacology for Therapists, Advanced Contracture Management, School-Based Therapy Intervention with Adaptive Equipment & Intro to the MOVE Curriculum and more. She is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association and National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy.
The past 16 years as an Occupational Therapist has afforded her the opportunity to gain the knowledge and expertise to provide a wide range of services and interventions to children and adults. Her ultimate vision is for Stepping Stones to provide a holistic treatment approach to serve not only the client but the family as well to improve the overall quality of life.
Willie E. Jones, Jr.
LPC / PhD, Clinical Director
Dr. Willie E. Jones is the Clinical Director of Counseling and Therapy at Stepping Stones Intervention Services. Dr. Jones is a native of Atlanta, Georgia and was educated in the Atlanta Public School System. Dr. Jones earned his B.A. in History Education from Clark Atlanta University, his Masters of Science in Counseling from the University of West Georgia, and earned his Ph.D in Educational Leadership from Capella University. As an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor, Dr. Jones has worked with families and individuals on various issues such as behavior modification, grief, depression, couples therapy, family roles and dynamics, and much more.
Dr. Jones has 6 years of clinical therapy experience utilizing his counseling background to offer individual, group, and family counseling services. Using the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach, Dr. Jones has helped children and their families develop and accomplish behavioral and counseling goals in a calm and nurturing environment that allow for continuous growth.

Therapist Assistant who has a passion for working with children and adults. She is a native of Panama, wife, and mother of three beautiful daughters. She has past rehabilitation experience with Adults and the Geriatric population.
Tina Cooper, OTR/L
Tina Cooper is a graduate of East Carolina University and has over 30 years experience of helping clients reach their highest level of independence. She has a son named Kyle and a dog named Cha cha. She enjoys traveling, reading and exercising.
Nathalie Dugger, MS, OTR/L
Nathalie Dugger is a graduate of Brenau University and has over 3 years of experience working with children in the school system, early intervention and adults in skilled nursing facilities as an OTRL. She has a certification in Physical
Agent Modalities and was previously COTA for 5 years with experience in various settings.
Karen Manire OTR/L
Karine Manire is a graduate of Temple University with a B.S.in Occupational Therapy in1987. She has over 20 years of experience working with children in the school system
early intervention and home-based therapy.
Monique Miller, PT
Monique Miller is a graduate of Physical Therapy from the University of South Alabama. She brings 15 years of experience in pediatrics, orthopedics, home health, hospital, outpatient, and skilled nursing facilities. She is excited about providing PT services to an already established and thriving practice. As much as she enjoys being a PT, her most rewarding job is being a wife and mother of 3.

Denise is a native of Atlanta and a graduate of Tuskegee University. She has a passion for working with children and adults in rehabilitation. Denise has experience working in a Children’s Hospital, Public School System and several Skilled Nursing Facilities.
Carmen Royster, M. Ed
An experienced, passionate advocate for children and an inspirational leader, Carmen Royster serves as Educational Advocate, specializing in Special Education of Stepping Stone Intervention Services, Inc. She holds a Masters of Education with a certification in Learning Disability (LD) from Wayne State University and a Bachelors of Arts in English from Livingstone College. Being a native of Detroit, MI Carmen has 28+ years of urban education experience working in both general education (14 years) special education (15 years) as a teacher, learning specialist and as a certified mentor for teachers within the Public School setting.
Terry Thomas, M. Ed
Terry Thomas is a Behavior Specialist for Stepping Stones Intervention Services. A transplant from New Jersey to Georgia in 2000, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Special Education for grades K-12 from Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey and a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in Indianapolis, IN. Versed in behavior modification, Ms. Thomas works collaboratively with clients and families to address their counseling and therapeutic needs using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Tony is a Bilingual Therapist who earned his Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Social Work in the University of Puerto Rico and he specializes in Applied Behavior Analysis. Tony acquired his certification as a Professional Coach in New York and for over 10 years he has been providing therapeutic services to Children, Adolescents and Adults in Spanish and English.
Tony is a therapist that provides his patients a safe place to work through issues that present roadblocks and help them achieve emotional growth and well-being. He has helped many patients and Families that are facing Anxiety, Autism, Defiant Behaviors, Depression, Family & Marriage Conflict and Panic Disorders.
Tony creates an alliance with his patients to help them define clear goals while having the inspiration of hope and optimism about their possibilities of improvement. Tony has a great sensitivity toward his patients’ cultural background and he is flexible in adapting treatment to particular client’s characteristics.
Tiaera Pritchett, LMSW
Tiaera Pritchett is a University of Tennessee alum where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work. Mrs. Pritchett, who is a Licensed Master Social Worker in both Georgia and South Carolina, has been trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and specializes in Anger Management, Family and Group counseling, ADHD, PTSD, and ODD. For over four years, she has been providing therapy for children and adults with the goal of finding root causes to issues that they encounter and then creating solutions in order to not only resolve the issue but to help her patients move forward. To her, providing therapy is more than just a therapist-patient relationship. Mrs. Pritchett builds and maintains relationships by being personable, honest, and upfront with her patients while still finding a way to hold them accountable for the change that they want to see in their own lives.

Cachet Berry holds a Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Valdosta State University and a Bachelors of Science from the University of Georgia. She is currently a state Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. Cachet has worked in a variety of settings including state Community Service Boards and Private Practice. Through these diverse settings, she has had the experience of working with individuals, families, and children struggling with substance abuse, blended families, sexuality/intimacy, stress management, communication, depression, anxiety, and LGBTQ issues.
