Job Description

Occupational Therapist and Physical Therapy


Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the Therapist will plan, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of OT/PT intervention to assigned patients. The Occupational or Physical Therapist will be a part of a multi-disciplinary team in a private practice as an Adult or Pediatric Occupational Therapist. Responsibilities include participation in program development, evaluation and treatment, goal development and review, and discharge planning. Therapy Services will be provided in an Outpatient setting, Home-Based setting, Daycare or Private school setting if needed; Travel by therapist-owned car is required. COTA’s & PTA’s will provide treatment under the supervision of a licensed PT or OT.

Mental Health Therapist

Under the supervision of the Mental Health Director, the Therapist performs a variety of clinical and administrative work involving the delivery of mental health services to individual and families in need of treatment and support.  This position will work with a team of clinicians in the planning, implementation, and performance of therapeutically oriented activities and programs for consumers receiving mental health and substance abuse treatment services.  This position requires considerable knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment methods, as well as an understanding of the principles and techniques used in the treatment of mental health disorders.  This position administers a wide range of psychological evaluation/assessment, diagnostic, counseling therapy, crisis intervention, and/or case management services in a high-intensity clinical environment.  This position requires a broad knowledge of therapeutic processes and methodologies.
